Ruslan Stepenko is a lawyer in the field of intellectual property rights in the company KISTERSKY IP Law.
Ruslan became a part of the company KISTERSKY IP Law in June of 2016 and has since been advising clients on a wide range of patent-related issues, prepared hundreds of patent applications for inventions and utility models, renewal petitions, drafted oppositions, numerous responses to office actions, handling ownership changes with regards to inventions and utility models. Ruslan also has an expertise in drafting and recorded of assignment and license agreements for inventions and utility models.
Ruslan began his education at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics where he studied civil and economic justice. In 2016, after graduating from the Kiev National Trade and Economic University, I went to graduate Odessa Law University, where he received a master’s degree education in the specialty civil and economic justice in (2014)
Ruslan lives in Kiev, Ukraine, and enjoys travel, IT technologies, new devices and software.
