141st Annual Meeting in Boston

Kistersky IP Law took part in the 141st annual conference of the International Trademark Association (INTA) in Boston. The exhibition center BOSTON CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTER has gathered more than 11,000 professionals in the field of intellectual property.
This annual conference is the largest and most informative event among intellectual property professionals, and also allows to increase business contacts in this field.
The issues of trademark registration worldwide, the commercialization of intellectual property, judicial practice in relation to trademark disputes and issues of protection of intellectual property rights in general have been discussed at the conference. During presentations and discussions a lot of useful information about trademarks was received from conference participants.
Our representatives were very pleased to spend time at the conference in the company of specialists from all over the world, as well as enjoy the friendly atmosphere, discuss interesting topics in the field of intellectual property and to find themselves in an ideal environment for exchanging opinions and experiences.
One of the opportunities of this conference were communications in order to exchange useful information in controversial issues of protection of rights concerning trademarks for different countries, with representatives of which Kistersky IP Law has held many meetings and consultations.
Kistersky IP Law attended additional interesting events organized by the participants of the conference to communicate and gain additional experience. At these events, representatives of our company have given advice on the protection of trademark rights.
In addition to the time allotted for communication in the framework of the rules, the conference participants continued to communicate in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
